1Who we are
This website is run by NerdRhino LLP, No. 170, 1st A Main, Near Canara Bank, ISRO Layout, J.P. Nagar, Bengaluru South, Bengaluru, Karnataka, 560078, India ("NerdRhino", "we", "us"). We decide how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2What we collect
Information you give us. When you email us, book a call or contact us on LinkedIn, we receive your name, email address, organisation, role and anything you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We do not use analytics tools, tracking cookies or advertising cookies on this website.
3Tools and demos
The AI Regulation Atlas, the exposure checker and the AERIS quick check run entirely in your browser. What you select or paste into them is not sent to us or stored by us.
Even so, please do not paste confidential, personal or client data into any demo on this website.
4How we use it
We use your personal data only to:
- reply to your message and arrange the calls you book;
- discuss and provide the services you ask about;
- keep the website working, secure and free of abuse;
- meet our legal obligations.
We process this data with your consent, which you give by contacting us, or for other uses the law allows. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
5Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our email, hosting and scheduling providers (for example Calendly for booking calls), and only as far as they need it to provide their service.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it. Some of our providers are based outside India, so your data may be processed in other countries, as Indian law permits.
6Third-party content
Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a charting library from jsDelivr. When your browser fetches these, those providers receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.
Links to LinkedIn, Calendly and other sites take you to services we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply there.
7How long we keep it
We keep your personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose you shared it, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
8Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
- withdraw your consent;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to;
- raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response.

9Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No website or email service is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information unless we have agreed a secure way to share it.
10Children
This website is meant for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
